Vishuisie is a charming self-catering fisherman’s cottage situated on the riverbanks of Velddrif, offering a tranquil retreat with private jetty access to the river and Ramsar site. Ideal for friends and families, this home is the perfect base for exploring the unique charm of Velddrif and its surrounding attractions, all while soaking up the authentic West Coast atmosphere.
This cosy unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.
The living area is furnished with 2 single beds, comfortable seating, and for guests’ entertainment, there is a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, guests can enjoy a patio with a braai and a dining table, and direct access to a private jetty on the Berg River. Secure parking is available on the premises. The famous Bokkom Avenue is within easy reach, with local amenities such as shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is approximately 6km away.
