Viva Vita is a gorgeous self-catering holiday villa situated within the Langezandt Estate in Struisbaai. This is a great option for a coastal getaway for a large family or a group of friends as this property is within walking distance from the main 14 km swimming beach.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the loft space has 4 single beds. The third bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Quality linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The bright and airy open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Additionally, the loft space boasts an entertainment area which could be great for the children as it has comfy bean bags and a TV. Outside there is a covered braai area with an outdoor dining table which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning.
