Voëlklip Vrede en Vreugde is a charming, Spanish-style self-catering villa located in the popular coastal suburb of Voëlklip, Hermanus. Situated just a short distance from the beach and at the foot of the mountain, this spacious property combines Mediterranean-inspired architecture with a relaxed seaside lifestyle, providing an ideal setting for a getaway. Pets may be accommodated by prior arrangement.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain a king-size bed (which can be converted into 2 single beds upon request) and share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located externally, featuring a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, and a separate guest toilet is also available.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen complete with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine for convenience. The living room, dining area, and bar offer comfortable seating for dining and relaxation, complemented by 2 indoor fireplaces. For entertainment, a smart TV and Wi-Fi via prepaid Telkom fibre are provided.
The exterior features a covered patio with outdoor seating alongside a sheltered braai area, offering a perfect space to relax while enjoying the mountain and sea views. Secure parking is available in the garage, with additional off-street parking provided on the premises.
