Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your late Friday arrival was not as smooth and comfortable as it should have been.
Cleanliness is very important to us, and we take the comments regarding the floors and plates seriously. This is not the standard we aim to maintain, and we will reinforce our final inspection checks with the housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again.
Regarding the water pressure and temperature fluctuations — at the time we experienced an issue with the pressure pump, which has since been replaced. Gas geysers are sensitive to low water flow, which can cause the hot-and-cold effect you experienced. With the new pump installed, the water pressure and temperature stability have been restored.
We also note the absence of matches or a lighter for the gas stove — this should certainly have been available, and we apologise for that oversight.
