Waikiki D3 is a ground-floor self-catering apartment situated on Dolphin Crescent in Shaka's Rock along the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. The apartment offers a family-friendly coastal retreat and is conveniently located approximately 900m from Willard Beach and within easy reach of Thompsons Bay Beach. A Checkers Food Store is located nearby, while a variety of restaurants and coffee spots can be found within the surrounding Ballito area.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and a washbasin. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Each bedroom includes either a ceiling fan or air conditioning for added comfort.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a dining table with seating for 8 guests, comfortable lounge seating, and a TV with DStv Now and Netflix. This area extends to an enclosed braai room fitted with a built-in braai and seating, which opens onto a balcony with outdoor seating.
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available during guests’ stay. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool within the complex. A 1 kVA inverter provides backup power for the TV and 1 light during power outages, and 1 allocated open parking bay is available, with no parking for guests.
