Description

Waterfront at The Marina is a self-catering holiday home located in Port Owen, roughly 145 km from Cape Town and only a few minutes from the fishing village of Laaiplek. There are many opportunities for sailing, boating and fishing.

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main, second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The first bathroom has a bath and a shower, while the second has a shower. There is also a guest toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.

There is also an inverter, which provides power during load shedding.
