Waverley Pumpkin House Unit 3 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a spacious unit located in Pretoria, Gauteng—ideal for a small family getaway.

This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin, and toilet.

The living area features an open-plan design, including a kitchen equipped with a convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge is furnished with a single sleeper couch (for 2 kids OR 1 Adult guest), and a TV is available, along with free Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests have access to additional seating and a braai area.

A non-paying guest is trespassing and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

By entering the property, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The host/owner/management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, death or loss of personal items during the stay (inside or outside the property).

No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
Outside you are allowed to smoke.

Please make sure you have booked and paid for the correct amount of person(s).

Uber/Bolt/Food deliveries needs to park outside the gate. No unauthorised vehicles etc is allowed inside the premises.

Please respect other guests privacy , noise disturbances will not be tolerated, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

Please take note there is CCTV , Motion Surveillance cameras around the outside of the property.

In the winter-months, please bring your own extra blanket.

Please note that we can not be held responsible for any electricity outage or water interruptions that is caused by unplanned Municipal outages and guest will not be refunded for any of these outages.

Please make sure you have switched off all electrical appliances (except the fridge/freezer) when not in use.

Unfortunately no pets allowed in this unit.
