Waves Beach House is a charming self-catering home with a private entrance, located on a shared property in the Country Club area of Langebaan. Set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it offers a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for families or couples looking to enjoy a coastal getaway.
The unit accommodates up to four guests and comprises three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom also features a double bed that can be converted into two single beds upon prior arrangement. The third bedroom contains a single bed. Guests share a bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower, and a separate guest toilet is also available. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a breakfast counter with stools. The adjacent living area offers comfortable seating and a TV, along with free Wi-Fi. An inverter is available to ensure continued comfort during power outages.
The living space opens onto a private garden with outdoor seating, a braai (barbecue) area, and a wood-fired hot tub, creating a perfect setting for relaxing outdoors. On-site parking is provided, and the property is conveniently located close to the beach, shops, and popular restaurants.
Waves Beach House forms part of a group of units on the same property, including Dunes, Shells, and The Beach Shack Caravan, making it a great option for larger families or groups wishing to book multiple units together while still enjoying their own private spaces.
To maintain the tranquil and romantic atmosphere of the property, noise and parties are not permitted. Please note that, for safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are not allowed.
