Description
WesKus PanDokkies offers guests comfortably furnished self-catering units in Strandfontein and is just 500 m from the beach.
Guests have a choice of 3 units with private entrances that can accommodate between 2 guests per unit.
Each open-plan unit is furnished with double beds and or king size beds and has en-suite bathrooms with showers. The units are not made for groups or families. Please note the units are not wheelchair friendly and have at least 3 steps at the entrance. For convenience, linen is provided, and guests need to bring their towels. Each unit has a kitchenette equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, a microwave, a fridge, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Each unit has an indoor braai, but guests need to bring their wood and braai grid.
All 3 units are geared for loadshedding. They are connected to the solar panels and equipped with gas as well as electric geysers.
Parking is available in front of or next to the units. If arriving with more than 1 vehicle, please arrange with the establishment. The units are cleaned once a week, and additional cleaning is available on request at an additional cost.
Strandfontein has a café only, and guests are advised to do their grocery shopping in Vredendal. The town offers a lovely beach and various activities such as fishing, hiking and walking trails, quad biking, and 4x4 trails. From July to September, guests may be spoiled with views of the blooming wildflowers or the Southern Right whales in the bay between June to October.
