Wetlands Farm Cottage is a tranquil, family-oriented retreat situated in a peaceful countryside setting, offering guests a relaxing escape from the bustle of everyday life, where the natural surroundings and calm atmosphere create an inviting environment for a restful stay.

The cottage can accommodate guests in 4 bedrooms and comprises 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and a washbasin. The living area includes a sleeper couch suitable for 2 children. The fourth bedroom is located approximately 10 m from the main cottage and is furnished with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, as well as access to a small en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The cottage features an open-plan layout with a lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and kettle, while the lounge offers comfortable seating and a fireplace with wood provided for cooler evenings. The living spaces open onto a timber deck and a large covered patio with a built-in braai facility, creating an ideal setting for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Guests are able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the farm, with scenic views and open spaces enhancing the experience. There are three dams located on the property that are stocked from time to time, guests are encouraged to check with owner whether fishing is available (the farm is not a fishing destination). Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, and the property provides a calm and comfortable base for guests seeking a countryside getaway.

LOCATION & NEARBY
The cottage is on a farm close to Tonteldoos, about 13km out of Dullstroom on the Tonteldoos road. Just 6km further on to Tonteldoos you'll find a pub, a cheese factory, and a restaurant — great for a short outing.
