Betty's Bay is a lovely quiet area to relax, but the accommodation was very disappointing. The unit was rather disappointing with bare minimum. There was no dining area inside or comfortable seating outside. The unit was always in shade and wind, and the blinds in the bedroom couldn't be opened as they faced onto the road, making it very dark. Towels were changed once, but bedding was not changed at all, and no cleaning was provided even though it was an 11-night stay. There was an extremely high narrow step and uneven ground to enter the unit, making it difficult for my elderly dad.

Lovely spacious place near the beach. Phil and Natalie are great. Very helpful. Apartment is neat. We were out a lot, so it was the right place for us to relax in the evening.
