The kitchen is complete with a stove, fridge, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. A fireplace provides warmth on chilly, starlit winter evenings, and outside, a private braai area is stocked with wood for barbecues.
The property is ideal for swimming, canoeing, and skiing. The surrounding fynbos-covered backlands are perfect for hiking and birdwatching. Two spring-fed dams nestled in the hills offer solitude and tranquillity.
Guests can also unwind on the deck beside the river under an ancient milkwood tree, enjoying swimming and boating from the private jetty. Bird enthusiasts can delight in spotting numerous species that inhabit the area, making it a perfect spot for birding activities.
