Great. Accommodation was clean, neat and comfortable. The location of the accommodation is excellent. Within easy distance to all supermarkets and essential requirements. A great stop on the way to the Kruger Park. Security is great with plenty of parking space if you are towing a trailer or small caravan.

Good overnight accommodation. The apartment was very clean and tidy, but no cleaning service the next day. It seems like the place is still very new and in its early stages, but I would definitely recommend it for accommodation. We would like to make the following suggestions that would be more convenient for older people: a railing for support at the 6 steps up to the unit, a notch for the front door so that the wind does not blow the door closed, the table and benches in front of the entrance to the front door can be varnished, a TV with limited DSTV channels, an air conditioner for the summer months, a door for the bathroom to provide privacy, a toilet paper holder next to the toilet, a railing installed next to the toilet for support, a shelf for toiletries and soap dish for storage, a holder for shampoo inside the shower, a railing for towels outside the shower, and an egg tray for the kitchen. For clarity, our listing does not state wheelchair access, provide TV or daily maid service, and these points are made clear before booking. We do, however, provide uncapped Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen—including utensils such as a spatula, which was available during your stay. The mattresses are brand new, though we understand that comfort can be subjective. Be careful when you do things; you'll pay extra on your way home. The apartment is nice and small, perfect for a couple, not more than 2 people. The carpet was full of dog fur, one glass was cracked, the cupboards aren't as stable, and the iron had burn stains. My husband was asleep and we went swimming; he is allergic to dogs and we found one of the dogs sitting next to him in the living area. It's not a private area; you live with the managers and their family, meaning apparently no noise and no alcohol drinking. Before you leave, you have to apparently clean and leave everything as you found it; otherwise, you get a review that you are disgusting. It's a lot! We only stayed one full night and the rest we were going out.

For clarity, our property has a clearly defined gated area, and our dogs do not have access to the guest flat. If there was dog hair inside the unit, it would unfortunately have been due to the gate being left open during the stay. It is also important to note that this booking involved continuous partying from early morning until late at night, with little consideration for other guests and neighbours. Unfortunately, there was also damage to our property, including broken pots, carpets, and glasses, which is not in line with our house rules. We take feedback seriously and continuously work to improve our guest experience, but we also expect our property and rules to be respected. We have consistently received excellent feedback and reviews from many previous guests, which reflects the standard of accommodation and hospitality we provide.
