Good but old with no hospitality. Not the worst I stayed in but overpriced for value. The place was clean, old but clean. No reception area, no bar, no restaurant, no welcoming. The gardener had to open for us, struggling to find keys for outside doors. Great view of the lagoon, but definitely not a place I will book again. Did not feel the hospitality.

I am so sorry you felt that way. I particularly took an extra mile in cleaning the room on my own daily, washing dishes so that when you came back you could just relax, and changed the linen on the third day because it was hot. The gardener didn't struggle with the keys but was not sure which ones to give you as past clients took them, and we had one set left; however, that was sorted immediately. Properties like ours aren't usually personal like bed and breakfasts because we offer a room only with all the amenities. We do not provide a bar, etc. The worst part is we give keys in a coded glass with numbers so that you can enter and leave the premises without contacting anyone. I am sorry if you needed more contact. Most clients need their space.
