Paradise. Amazing! The pictures don't do much justice. Such a beautiful place, we even forgot we were in Gauteng. Clementine was such an amazing host, she made sure we felt at home, she is one of the reasons that place is such a great place. Such a beautiful soul. Liz was also great, sorted out our breakfast situation.

Constantine made my stay extra special. Salute. I had an excellent stay. Constantine was my hostess. She was reliable, friendly and always checking whether I had everything that I needed. Constantine definitely needs to be promoted to the manager at the lodge.

It was a beautiful stay. It was quiet and comfortable. My stay was good. The place was true to the brief. The staff was helpful. I enjoyed the quiet and the scenery. The café that was supposed to be on the grounds was not open and as such, no breakfast was provided and there was no room service, which was disappointing. There is Checkers 660 and Uber available. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to take a break and I would return.

Lovely, clean cottage - road noise is a problem. Upside: Lovely big room, very comfortable bed and the cottage was spotless. Friendly host. Downside: No DStv. Hectic road noise. LED lights from the coffee shop shone straight into our room.
