The second bedroom is furnished with a child-only bunk bed, while the third bedroom contains a double bed and garden views. These two rooms share a family bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size extra-length bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The spacious kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer-kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and air fryer, as well as cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils. A dining room with a fireplace offers seating for 8 guests and leads onto the covered patio. The lounge has comfortable seating and a Smart TV with streaming services. A gardener services the property every Wednesday between 08:30 and 15:30. He maintains the garden and swimming pool and makes use of the outdoor ablution facilities, so he will not require access to the house.
Optional cleaning services are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at an additional cost per day, payable directly to Veronica, the housekeeper.
Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the upstairs office, which remains locked. The downstairs office, located off the main bedroom, is available for use as a workspace.
