Yzer4You is a beautifully appointed holiday home situated in Yzerfontein. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a serene and peaceful homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this coastal town and the surrounding West Coast.
Accommodating up to 6 guests, this double-storey home comprises 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with an extra length king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. Both these bedrooms are situated upstairs, and have their own en-suite bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. Linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. In the scullery, there is a dishwasher and washing machine for extra convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a TV. Upstairs, there is a small office area with 2 desks. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a balcony upstairs, and an undercover patio with an outdoor dining area and a braai and an enclosed garden. Solar power and secure parking is available on the premises. Various local amenities such as shops, restaurants and the beach are easily accessible.
