Fabulous. It was an absolute pleasure staying there. All the entertainment in the house. Never got bored. The place was clean and had a good view from the balcony.

Mixed bag but wouldn't return. Getting into the estate was not smooth at all. The suite was average and definitely overpriced for what we got. The bedroom was dingy as the only windows it had were along the corridor of the flats. Therefore, the blind was kept closed for better privacy. The blind, even when fully closed, did not block out the corridor light which shone in all night, giving us very poor sleep. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We just felt it was overpriced, riding on the fact that it was in Zimbali estate. One expected more.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We sincerely regret the difficulties you experienced with the estate access, the bedroom lighting, and the privacy of the room. We understand how important a restful night's sleep is and we're disappointed that the corridor lighting affected your stay. We are pleased to hear that the living area was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Your feedback has been noted and we will review the issues raised to see how we can improve the experience for future guests.
