"Remote, but if you are looking for a quiet stay near the river - then I would recommend it. The people of the area are very friendly and helpful."

"We found Malgas to be a linger-longer place, quiet, unassuming, peaceful, but with everything you need to be more than comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful walks with the dogs, swims in the river and long bike rides. There was no light pollution at all so the stars were something of a dream! It’s been years since I saw the Milky Way that bright!"

"Public facilities around the Pond are in very bad condition. Public parks and facilities in a very poor condition. Public toilet in a disgusting condition. Very limited access to the river."

"It's lovely if you bring all you need ie many drinking water, only 1 or 2 shops and restaurants around but I like that. Also not much Wi-Fi if you traveling to work. The cellphone reception is pretty good though. We travelled by boat down the river and made a few phone calls while on the boat and had very little issues with connecting. Great bird life, great fishing, all and all very beautiful place to visit!"
