Description
17 Stella is a self-catering apartment on the owner's premises in Ballito. It is 650 metres from the beach and the Ballito boardwalk. There are many restaurants and several shopping centres in close proximity to the apartment.
This open-plan apartment has a private entrance and is suitable for 2 guests. The sleeping area has a comfortable extra-length queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Furthermore, there is a hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Beach towels are not provided.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a mini oven with a 2-plate stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, cutlery and crockery. An iron, ironing board and a clothes steamer are also provided. Furthermore, there is a dining table with chairs, ample cupboards, a desk/make-up table with mirror, and a large flat screen TV with Netflix, Showmax and Youtube. The Wi-Fi signal is strong and the property is equipped with solar power, so there are no power outages. The apartment also has air-conditioning, as well as a ceiling fan.
Outside the apartment is a private patio with a smoking area, with comfortable chairs and a coffee table. There is a convenient and efficient gas braai with strong light. Furthermore, there is an outdoor shower where guests can rinse off the sand after a beach visit.
There is 3 viewing decks for guests. The first is a large lawn above the garages with a partial sea view, a sun lounger, 2 deck chairs, and a bistro set for coffee or a cocktail. The pool deck has a lovely full sea view, with deck chairs for guests. The upper viewing deck also offers a table and chairs for guests, with a beautiful full sea view.
The bird life is rich and between the lawn deck and the pool deck, there is a pergola with bird feeders to attract birds. Secure parking is provided on the premises under a carport. There are high walls, and outside the apartment is an alarm system and cameras, for guests' protection.
