22 Mystique, Shelly Beach, is a self-catering unit located on the top floor of Mystique Resort. Cinemas, restaurants, shopping malls, and the local ski boat launch bay are all within walking distance. (The Shelly Centre and South Coast Mall are less than 500 m away.)

The apartment accommodates 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each and share a bathroom fitted with a shower. Each bedroom has a sliding door that leads out onto the balcony with sun loungers. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating, and for entertainment, a smart TV with streaming services and free Wi-Fi are available.
