Description
28 Break Away is a self-catering home nestled in the marine reserve of Castle Rock on South Africa’s Western Cape. Offering a blend of coastal comfort and natural surroundings, this Cape Cod-style property provides guests with a tranquil retreat and sea and mountain views.
This home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms, as well as a guest toilet. The first bedroom is located upstairs and is furnished with a queen-size bed. It features sea and mountain views and sliding doors leading onto the upper viewing deck. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the lower level. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with sea views and direct access to the pool deck, along with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom contains a bunk bed, also with sea views and access to the pool deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers sea views, access to the pool deck, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
Upstairs, the home offers an open-plan living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Two lounge areas provide comfortable seating, complemented by a TV with DStv, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. A dining table is available for shared meals, while a wood-burning ceramic fireplace, heaters and fans ensure comfort. Sliding doors lead out onto the viewing deck.
The lower level opens onto a heated swimming pool, with all three downstairs bedrooms offering direct access to the pool deck and sea views. Guests are afforded secure off-street parking, making 28 Break Away a coastal retreat for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and scenic surroundings.
