Excellent value lodging in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Brenton on Lake is a lovely, peaceful, park-like neighborhood, with beautiful mature trees, plentiful birds and other wildlife, and a lovely variety of walks to take. In addition, it's very centrally located for attractions in Knysna, Brenton on Sea, the swimming beach at Buffalo Bay and the terrific farmers' market in Sedgefield. The escape is nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The yard and patio are beautiful and restful. Hosts could not be more friendly and helpful. We asked for their advice every day and received lots of useful information and local insights to guide our choices.

Comfortable, clean and ideal for what we needed. Bryan were excellent. A wonderful stay in a comfortable and clean stayover with everything we needed. There were little touches that we did not expect but we really enjoyed, e.g. mosquito repellent, torches, rusks and tea and coffee etc.! Bryan and Yvette were excellent hosts and made us feel welcome!

Idyllic spot in peaceful Brenton! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed unit. If you love nature and need a spot to explore the area, this is perfect. We will definitely be back! Brenton is heavenly. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic hidden gem! This was such an incredible little space. A quiet little escape with our dogs, the hosts were so lovely! Really cool with the wildlife wandering around freely. Such a calming, beautiful place!

Tranquility in the trees and beautiful birds in Brenton. Peaceful in Brenton on Lake with the buck, birds, and trees. The cottage is beautiful and the area is perfect to explore Knysna and surrounds. Probably the most comfortable bed of our trip!

Peaceful, relaxed, great value for your money. Perfect location. Lovely spot for a getaway from your busy life. Accommodation had everything that someone would need. The highlight is definitely the buck wandering around!
