31@RidgeRoad offers lovely self-catering holiday accommodation with a private entrance on the owner’s property situated in the heart of Langeberg-Ridge, Durbanville. The unit has a private patio with 2 armchairs that offer a view of the Stellenbosch mountains. It is ideal for a couple wanting to use Durbanville as a central point to explore all the attractions that the greater Cape Town area offers. Cape Gate MediClinic is only a stone's throw from the unit.

This flatlet can comfortably accommodate 2 guests at a time and features an open-plan design. It is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

Additionally, there is a kitchenette equipped with a 2-plate stove and a mini-oven, microwave, toaster, bar fridge, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
