31 Clover is an exquisite beach house in Stilbaai, the ideal holiday home offering breathtaking views of the river and many fun features.
This beautifully designed house has a sleeping capacity of 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, basins, and toilets. There is also a separate toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In addition, there is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. The kitchen extends to the dining area where guests can enjoy their meals, and further opens to the lounge furnished with plush seating and boasts a lovely indoor fireplace. There is another lounge downstairs with seating and a TV with DStv.
Guests have access to off-street parking and can enjoy a lovely braai with the family.
