Situated within walking distance from Sandbaai beach in Langebaan, 37 Steps is a lovely holiday home with beautiful lagoon views. This could be ideal for a coastal holiday as the home has a covered front patio which is a great spot for guests to fully relax with a sundowner and admire the views.
This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the second bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating as well as a fireplace. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
This living area opens up onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table, a lounging space and a portable braai. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining space under a large tree where guests can enjoy their meals together while overlooking the lagoon.
