Other than this, very neat, modern and has everything you need. The location is a challenge, very noisy with delivery vehicles all day. The stove top needs replacing; it is not heating to a point where you can properly cook. The bathroom light is out and needs to be replaced. Many of the bed lights are not connected to power points, which can be corrected.
