Apartment @ The Firmont is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment located in a secure building, right on the main road in Sea Point, Cape Town. It is ideal for a small family, a group of friends or business travellers who are looking for a comfortable and convenient homebase while on their visit to this coastal suburb.
Situated on the third floor, the apartment is easily accessible via an elevator in the building. It can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains a double bed with access to an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests entertainment there is a Smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a juliette balcony and secure off street parking on the premises. Local amenities such as various shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with the Sea Point Promenade being approximately 400 m away. Attractions like the V & A Waterfront, Green Point Stadium, Lion’s Head Hiking Trail and Table Mountain can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.
