Avanti offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom seafront cottage overlooking the sea. This is one of the older homes in Leisure Bay, offering character and comfort.

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower in each, and a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The main bedroom contains 2 single beds that have been pushed together, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, and the third bedroom contains a king-size bed.

The comfortable lounge contains a day bed for a child, as well as a TV with full DStv. The dining room leads off the lounge and contains a dining room table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge/freezer, an oven and stove, a microwave, and a toaster, as well as a washing machine for convenience.

There are portable braai facilities on the patio. There is no garage, but the property is well fenced for secure parking. Guests are required to bring their beach and bath towels.
