Avemore Jan Cats 2 is a self-catering apartment located in the historic quarter of Stellenbosch, within the heart of the town’s heritage area. The property is ideally positioned within close proximity to shops, restaurants, cafés, wine bars, the Eikestad Mall, and Stellenbosch University, offering convenient access to local attractions and amenities.
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains a king-size bed. Both en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. The bedrooms are furnished with quality finishes and are equipped with electric blankets, hairdryers, a lockable safe, and a Daikin air-conditioning unit. A smart TV is provided, with guests able to access their own streaming accounts. Baby equipment, including a cot, high chair, or baby bath, can be arranged on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a dishwasher, a washing machine/dryer combo, and a Nespresso machine. The open-plan living area is furnished with comfortable seating and quality décor, while sliding doors open onto a private balcony with outdoor furniture, providing a space for relaxation. Secure parking is allocated for 1 vehicle, and the building is serviced by an elevator. A backup power supply system is installed, and a gas hob is available during load shedding.
Guests are able to enjoy easy access to nearby wine farms and restaurants, and a list of recommended wine estates can be provided. Access to a swimming pool is available at Le Verger. The apartment is well-suited to families travelling with babies and toddlers, with baby equipment available on request.
