Regarding the cleaning service, the unit is not serviced daily, and we did advise that cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Guests are always welcome to enquire or book this service if needed. As for the access codes, we sincerely apologise for the initial delay. Once you contacted us at the gate, we immediately sent the codes. When you advised that there were two vehicles, we promptly provided an additional code.
