Very disappointed. We used to stay at Benana Beach Club a lot, but since it was taken away from Holiday Club, it is not what it always used to be anymore. We used to go there because of the play areas and putt putt. We were only informed on the day of checking in that we need to bring our own equipment for putt putt, tennis and table tennis. No one goes on holiday with that type of equipment. Very disappointed. This place used to be the best place to stay when you go on holiday. No cleaning services, shower clogged and low water pressure. Laundry services are R30 more expensive per coin. Won't book again. Not worth the money we spent.
