I’m very sorry about the issues you experienced with the hot tub and the cleaning. That’s not the standard we aim for, and I’ve already addressed this with our team to ensure a thorough reset happens every time. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. Your note about the braai ash is also appreciated. We’ve changed the procedure so ash will now be disposed of properly and safely. And thank you for the reminder about eco-friendly cleaning products — we’re switching to environmentally gentle dishwashing liquid going forward. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re grateful that you took the time to share it. We’d love to welcome you back again for a future getaway.
