Description
This spacious holiday home is perfectly located in the heart of the popular Onrus Peninsula, just moments from the well-loved Onrus beach and its family-friendly lagoon. With 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite, the house comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, making it ideal for extended families or groups.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite shower, while the second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the fifth bedroom has 2 single beds, and the sixth bedroom has 4 single beds. They share the use of 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower-over-bath, and the other with a shower. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located dining table with chairs. It extends to the lounge furnished with comfy seating, a TV, and a cosy fireplace.
The generous braai room serves as the central gathering space, featuring a large dining table that can accommodate all guests, and it opens onto a small garden area. Guests can enjoy evenings around the fire, watching a movie on the smart TV with a glass of wine in hand. The renowned cliff path is right on the doorstep, offering safe and scenic walks either toward Sandbaai or the end of Vermont.
A charming coffee shop on the beachfront at Davies Pool provides a welcome rest stop. Onrus is known for its community of artists and writers, and the village features excellent eateries and unique shops for browsing. This home offers a comfortable and memorable base for a special coastal getaway.
