Description
Chesapeake Bay 12 is a lovely self-catering unit located in a secure complex in Lawrence Rocks, Margate and is ideal for a family holiday as Lawrence Rocks beach is a mere 30 m away through a private gate of the complex.
This unit can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. These 2 rooms make use of the second bathroom fitted with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free uncapped Wi-Fi is available.
Through the sliding doors of the main bedroom and the lounge, there is an ocean-view patio with an outdoor 6-seater dining table and a built-in braai. The complex features a coin-operated laundry as well as a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, children’s play area and a shared braai area. Guests are afforded secure parking inside the complex as well as visitor parking.
