Description
Chilabit is a self-catering home located in a secure Private Nature Reserve estate surrounded by natural vegetation, with panoramic views of mountains and river in Knysna and only a 6 minute drive to the Knysna Waterfront
The house can accommodate 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a free-standing bath, double shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. There is a separate guest toilet available.
The full open plan kitchen is fitted with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan living area includes a dining table, comfortable seating, a TV with streaming capabilities, and Wi-Fi. Large glass doors lead to the covered patio and private outdoor spaces.
Guests have access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces, only shared views. Other guests may occupy the apartment on the property
Additional features include a private swimming pool, a terrace with outdoor seating, an indigenous garden that attracts birdlife, and secure on-site parking within the gated estate. The property is a short drive from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The swimming pool is unfenced, and has a pool net. Please note that this property is not suitable for persons who cannot swim.
There is a septic tank on the property, so please use only the single ply eco loo paper supplied. Enviro friendly cleaning products are provided. Furthermore, Knysna is a water restricted area and guests are requested to use water buckets supplied and use every drop twice :)
