This stylish 2-bedroom garden apartment is set in exclusive Clifton along Cape Town’s Atlantic seaboard and offers a calm, comfortable coastal stay.
It can accommodate 4 guests and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second. The main bedroom opens onto a private garden through stacking doors. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan living area flows onto a veranda with sea views, while the kitchen and dining area for 6 look out over the ocean. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge features a large L-shaped couch and a wood-burning fireplace for winter evenings.
Outside, the veranda leads to a private garden with a splash pool, outdoor dining area, and gas barbecue. Built-in fans are fitted throughout for summer comfort. The apartment is a short distance from Clifton’s beaches and combines easy access to the city with a private seaside setting. It is accessed by stairs and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The space is ideal for relaxed sundowners and sunset views over the Atlantic.
