Amazing. Boathouse is much nicer inside and out than the photos show. The lawns and gardens are grassy and well maintained. Everything inside and out is stylish and luxurious. The inventory form is outdated. Many items were not in the boathouse that were on the inventory list. Kitchen items need an upgrade. Air conditioners are old and not working. 2 x gates are a nightmare to get in and out of. They don't open. Helpers are not always available. We can honestly say we enjoyed our stay even though there were a few hickups. We would definitely recommend the boathouse.
