Coastal Villa is a lovely self-catering holiday home with a private entrance, situated on a shared property with two separate holiday units rented out individually, in Table View, Cape Town. It makes for an ideal homebase for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway from where they can explore and enjoy the surroundings.
This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and a toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a breakfast bar with stools and a dining table. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for added convenience. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and has a fireplace, and a Smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy an undercover patio with a built-in braai that overlooks the shared swimming pool with sunloungers. An inverter and secure parking are available on the premises.
