Description

Comfort Cottage @ Ancient Earth Farm is a cosy, self-catering cottage located on a working pecan, olive, and organic fresh-produce farm in the Cradle of Humankind region.

The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The shared bathroom is equipped with a Victorian bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

The unit boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can enjoy a meal at the central 6-seater dining table or relax on one of the couches in the adjacent lounge. The lounge also features a fireplace for those cold winter evenings. For guests' entertainment, there is a TV with DStv channels and access to free Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests can enjoy a patio with outdoor seating, relax in the hammock, or make use of the portable braai facilities in the al fresco dining area under the cool shade of the trees. The garden is fully fenced and features flowers and herbs for picking. Lovely walks are available on the farm, through the wetland, and up to the mountain.
