Beautiful, clean accommodation with nostalgia. We only stayed for one night at the beautiful nostalgic Cottage. It is beautifully furnished with beautiful crockery, silver cutlery, beautiful glasses and the kitchen was very well equipped to ensure you a very comfortable stay. The room's bed had beautiful quality white linen and there were also 2 large white bath towels. There was a fan in the room which helped a little against the extreme heat, 33 degrees outside. The bathroom had soap, hand cream, shampoo and conditioner and the water in the shower was quickly hot, which made it wonderful to shower. It was so nice that there was a hairdryer to blow dry your hair. The Wi-Fi worked well, plenty of drinks, we could easily make calls. The garden around the unit is beautiful and a feast for the eyes. There is secure parking on the premises behind a gate. There is a restaurant on the premises where we ate that evening. It was so convenient, we could just walk over. The food and the pudding were excellent and we ate well. Your choice of wine is limited, I would suggest you bring your own wine and pay a corkage fee. Our Rose was communion wine, which we did not enjoy at all. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it as an excellent stay.

Beautiful place to stay that is within walking distance of the Owl House. Very nice stay! The Cottage at the Waenhuis is located near the Uilhuis and other restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The Cottage itself is neat, and the old-fashioned decor is beautiful. We also ate at the Waenhuis restaurant, their food was fantastic.

Very nice. Hosts were very friendly. Just what you need far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food at the restaurant was fantastic.

Surprisingly refreshing, not modern, but modern nonetheless. Well located, well furnished with electric blankets and everything you need, paired with antique items.

Excellent and would like to go back there for a little longer. The restaurant 10/10. Very nice town to visit. Incredible nature and I stayed very comfortably rather than camping in a lot of rainfall. Nice bed, cozy furnished for cold weather but also warm weather. Feels historic and I'm sure there must be an interesting story behind the building. Felt very at home and wanted to hang out around the kitchen table.
