A lovely stay in a centrally situated, private and secure upmarket cottage. A very secure and private cottage with an enclosed garden area for the dogs, plus access to a large common grassed area for walking dogs along the river. The cottage is beautifully decorated with quality furniture, bedding and appliances. Great location away from the busy beachfront, yet close enough to all the local attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and host welcomed us and was very accommodating with our requests. We will definitely stay here again when in PE.

Was a pleasure staying at Cottage on Colchester. Had a wonderful time, also enjoyed the pool area and a walk to the river.

Fabulous stay. Lovely place. Lynn is a wonderful, most accommodating host. The unit is beautifully furnished with a small garden for my pets. The only thing missing is a heater for the cold nights.
