The breakage deposit for Villa by die see is R1000. Rus en Ontspan does not have a breakage deposit.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated on the property.
No loud music or loud noise between 20:00 and 08:00.
No additional guests or visitors are allowed without approval.
No matric parties are allowed.
Please note that there are stairs in the unit and this may be unsafe for guests with disabilities, elderly guests or small children.
There is no Internet or Wi-Fi available at the firepit or outside the braai area.
Please note that no streaming services and no media are provided.
Guests must use their own login details and streaming services to log in for all streams.
The firepit or braai Area can be used by any unit, if available. The area can also be booked exclusively with prior arrangements.
The swimming pool can be used by any guests or resident of any unit provided that the usage and safety rules are strictly observed.
No food or drink may be used in the pool, with the exception of taking photos and with prior arrangements.
No persons may stand on the bottom drain (at a depth of 2.7 meters) or tamper with it.
Please do not climb into the pool from the pumphouse roof, only use the entrance gate to gain access.
No person may simultaneously walk on the walls on the infinity edge or dive from it into the pool.
Access from the large rubber anti-slip mat only. The pool is available for use from 06:00 to 20:00 daily during the summer season, guests use the pool button to arrange for access at the times they choose to use the pool. The pool can only be used under the supervision of the lifeguard who is free and available during pool hours. Children should be supervised by parents.

The Villa by Die See can accommodate 4 guests at a time. It comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed with a bunk bed. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, crockery, and cutlery as well as a kettle. Other amenities include a private entrance and lounge area. The breakage deposit for this unit is R10 000.
