Perched above the coastline in the heart of Camps Bay, Rock Views is a spacious self-catering retreat offering beautiful sea views, modern comforts, and an ideal location just a 3-minute drive from Camps Bay Beach and approximately 10 minutes from the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this stylish home provides the ideal base for exploring Cape Town's iconic Atlantic Seaboard.
The home accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Two additional bedrooms each have 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower, and the other offering a bath with a shower overhead as well as a separate shower. Bed linen, bath towels, essential toiletries, a hairdryer, ironing facilities, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer are provided for a comfortable stay.
The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a TV, air conditioning, a fireplace, a dedicated workspace, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee facilities, and everything needed for convenient self-catering.
Step outside onto the balcony to take in the ocean views or enjoy outdoor dining and relaxed evenings around the braai area. Three of the bedrooms enjoy sea views, creating a peaceful coastal atmosphere throughout the home.
Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a dedicated parking bay available in the communal parking garage, a personal safe, loadshedding backup, and housekeeping from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged on request. Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Please note that one of the outdoor deck areas with sun loungers is shared with the apartment below, and access to the property is via shared walkways. Exterior CCTV provides additional security. There is currently construction taking place nearby, with working hours from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00. While some construction noise may be audible, there is no significant visual impact. The expected completion date is 31 October 2026.
