Description

Duocunda 9 is a self-catering duplex located in the heart of Port Edward, within easy reach of several shops, restaurants, and the main swimming beach.

The unit can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The bedrooms are located on the upper level. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, while the second bathroom, located on the lower level, has a shower only. Linen is provided, but guests must bring their own towels.

The living area is situated on the ground floor and features an open-plan design, with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV offering a full selection of DStv channels. Guests can enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar or dining table.

Through the sliding doors, there is a patio with a table and chairs, a built-in braai, and a view of the garden. Guests are afforded garage parking as well as 1 visitor parking spot.
