Mabalingwe Eagles View is situated in the popular Mabalingwe Nature Reserve in Bela-Bela, Limpopo. This private lodge offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature and an unforgettable Big 5 safari experience. Located just 120 km from Pretoria, it’s the perfect weekend escape from the city.
The lodge accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 spacious, elegantly furnished en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a bathroom with a bath, while the other 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds that can convert into king-size beds on request. Two rooms are upstairs beside the living area, and the third is on the ground floor. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests should bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a large TV with Showmax, Netflix, and YouTube. Free WiFi is available for the TV, with mobile device connectivity offered at an additional cost.
Outside, guests can unwind in the private boma with a built-in braai or enjoy the swimming pool and patio with stunning bushveld and mountain views, perfect for sunset watching.
Leisure facilities about 1 km away include tennis, padel, and squash courts, a mini-golf course, swimming pools, a convenience shop, a children’s play area, and a restaurant with a bar. Activities such as game drives, birdwatching, horse-riding safaris, and lion feeding can also be enjoyed within the reserve.
