There is absolutely no excuse for the hot tub not being clean, and I will be addressing this directly with our cleaning team. Unfortunately, we do not keep the tub filled due to the constant wind and animals in the area, but it should certainly have been properly cleaned and ready for use.
As discussed during our call, the toilet issue was attended to as soon as it was brought to our attention. We also sincerely apologise for the inconvenience regarding the cushions. After the previous guests checked out, we experienced a massive rainstorm and, unfortunately, the cushions had been left outside and were completely drenched. We had to send them to the laundry for proper cleaning.
I will also be investigating the concern about the braai.
