Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you very much. Next time, we will be in summer. Idyllic setting, pity we didn't get to use the swimming pool as autumn was in full swing. Hearing the big cats roar at night was quite special - there is a sanctuary in the area. Just a note that if you are hiring the entire home, the host lives on one side of the house. Note to take your own drinking water. Also, the home is off the grid, so resources need to be managed. Pathetic customer service. I would not recommend booking this place at all. The house itself is beautiful, but the service is pathetic. The host constantly pestered us on WhatsApp about the electricity usage. We asked Wayne to stop, but he ignored it and kept sending messages constantly, and was surprised when you told him that it took away from the whole experience to hear from him all the time.
