Guests can choose between the main house, which accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, or the overnight apartment, which accommodates 2 guests. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. Linen, bath towels and a smart TV are provided, and Wi-Fi access is available.
The apartment is ideal for an overnight stay or a short visit. It is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and includes a fridge, microwave, toaster and air fryer. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for cooking as it does not have dishwasher facilities or a stove. Both units have private entrances and private bathrooms.
The property can also be booked as a single house accommodating up to 6 guests. As it is self-catering, guests are required to bring their own beach towels, toiletries and food.
Secure on-site parking is available. The property is conveniently located close to local amenities such as shops and restaurants, as well as the Kingswood Golf Estate and several schools. Guests also have access to a selection of popular nearby beaches, including Wilderness, Victoria Bay, Hartenbos and Mossel Bay.
The owners reside on the property. Some cupboards and kitchen cabinets are locked for private use, but sufficient space is provided for guests. Guest privacy is a priority and will be respected at all times. During December, the owners will not be on-site, and guests will have exclusive use of the property.
