Garden Apartment at The Beach House offers serene coastal living in a contemporary, open-plan space in the heart of Hout Bay. The studio is designed to maximise natural light, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto a private balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. Its central location provides easy access to Hout Bay Beach, popular eateries and vibrant seaside markets.
The studio is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dining table completes the space. The living area has a comfortable couch, a Smart TV and opens onto the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor seating.
